Debbie Brown has been named recipient of the first annual HR in Hospitality Lifetime Achievement Award at HR in Hospitality Conference

We are honored and delighted that the recipient of the first annual HR in Hospitality Lifetime Achievement Award is Debbie Brown, Former VP of HR for The Americas, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts!

Debbie has recently retired after forty years with Four Seasons and is now focusing on the next phase of her career, advising hospitality professionals. During her storied career with Four Seasons, she held both hotel and regional Human Resource positions before assuming her long-standing role as VP of HR, Americas.

Debbie was responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function for the company's fifty hotels and resorts in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and Caribbean, as well as the properties currently under development or in conversion within the Americas. Widely recognized as an employer of choice, Four Seasons has been on FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list for the past twenty-two years.
