Anna Corrine Barrett has been named Director of Food & Beverage at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa

BENCHMARK®, a global hospitality company, has named Anna Corrine Barrett director of food & beverage for Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa, a Benchmark Resorts & Hotels property located in Lake Arrowhead, California. Geoff Young, Benchmark's managing director for the resort, made the announcement.

Anna Corrine Barrett was previously the general manager of food and beverage for the legendary Napa Valley Wine Train of Napa, California. She has served as food and beverage manager for The Nautical Beachfront Resort in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and earlier worked within the food and beverage department at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa.

Ms. Barrett has worked under Master Sommelier Thomas Burke at Hotel Carter in Eureka, California, and with Culinary Gold Medalist Chef Sturre Anderson at Whitehall on Lady's Island in South Carolina.

Anna Barrett is a graduate of California State University San Bernardino where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Multidisciplinary Social Sciences with a Geography Major and History and Political Science Minor. She has been awarded Level One Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Ms. Barrett has relocated to Lake Arrowhead.
