With nearly 20 years of luxury hospitality experience, Griffin was most recently a hotel manager at California's Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Other previous experience includes management positions at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, the InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa, the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa and The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix.

A graduate of the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona University, Griffin served as a Board Member and Treasurer for the San Diego Hotel-Motel Association.
