Helvire Boissy has been appointed as General Manager at Radisson Hotel Dakar Diamniadio in Senegal.
Helvire started her career with Radisson Hotel Group in August 2010, as a Revenue & Reservation Manager. Since then, she has excelled in numerous roles within the company, including Room Division Manager at the Radisson Hotel Dakar Diamniadio - as well as Cluster Revenue Manager and Reservation Manager in Gabon at both the Radisson Hotel Okoume Palace, Libreville and the Park Inn by Radisson Libreville.
One of the key reasons Helvire chose to work for Radisson Hotel Group is the special attention given to staff and talent growth - something she is keen to promote among her teams.
She makes Every Moment Matter to our guests by personally asking guests for feedback on their stay and what the hotel could do to improve. Her service philosophy is to always deliver the best service to our guests with a Yes I Can! attitude.
Her best moment as Hotel Manager so far was witnessing the joy of the female staff during the hotel's Women's Day celebration - an acknowledgement of their hard work that made a big difference to the whole team.
