Chef manjul Myne has been appointed the new Pastry Chef at Andaz Delhi. With over 11 years of distinguished experience in the culinary space, Chef Manjul will be responsible for the pastry section of the kitchen across all three F&B venues and event spaces. Chef Manjul started his career with The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts in the year 2007 as a Kitchen Associate after completing his studies in Hotel Management from NIPS School of Hotel Management, Kolkata. He also holds a Masters in Kitchen Management from The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. In the past, Chef Manjul has worked with hotels like JW Marriott Chandigarh, The Oberoi Rajvilas and The Oberoi Vanyavilas. In his previous role as Pastry Chef at JW Marriott Chandigarh, Chef Manjul was responsible of the bakery, confectionery and pastry section along with overlooking the main kitchen operations, as the second in command to the Executive Chef. He was responsible for seven Food & Beverage outlets at the hotel. Chef Manjul believes his biggest strength is the team. He loves to explore different cuisines and is a real foodie. His mantra for success is to stick to the basics and enhance the flavours using the best local and seasonal ingredients. He is looking forward to taking the very popular pastry offering at Andaz Delhi to a whole new dimension.
