Steven Chin has been appointed as Executive Chef at Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan

Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan is pleased to announce the appointment, effective Aug 2019, of Steven Chin as Acting F&B Director at Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan. Originally from Malaysia, Steven graduated from the City and Guilds of London Institute of Culinary Art. With over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Steven has extensive culinary hotel experience with different luxury brands, such as Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons and Galaxy Macau. Through his vast exposure, he has acquired experience in new project development, restaurant concepts and kitchen design, and has become a culinary expert renowned for concept creation and the implementation of high-quality, imaginative and remarkable products. Until recently, Steven was based in Shanghai and has extensive work experience in China. He is fluent in Mandarin and English. In his new role, he will be a driving force in helping Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan maintain its excellent reputation in terms of its culinary offerings. He also plans to bring in exciting new concepts based on local market knowledge to enrich guests' experience and satisfaction.
