With vast hospitality expertise imbued with passion in his respective roles, Pantalone will provide the luxury urban resort's strategic direction and drive expansion of the brand's footprint in the region in 2020.

Leveraging over two decades of in-depth understanding of both Asian and Western hospitality, Pantalone's extensive experience includes senior talent acquisition, training and development with a holistic approach to business found on employee engagement and guest satisfaction. His international career has earned him wide recognition in luxury hotels and has allowed him to develop solid fundamentals and world-class hospitality service for both overseas and local guests.

Having witnessed numerous changes in the competitive hospitality industry, Pantalone has held senior executive roles at luxury hotels spanning four continents, mainly in the Middle East and Greater China. Prior to joining Lohkah Hotel & Spa, Pantalone served as the Director of Hospitality & Events in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, responsible for strategic initiatives and concept development for large scale events. Pantalone also served tenures at luxury hotels, including Al Faisaliah Hotel in Saudi Arabia and Shangri-La hotels in China.

Now based in Xiamen, Pantalone oversees all strategic operations and developmental initiatives to position Lohkah Hotel & Spa as a major player in the city's growth towards becoming a luxury hospitality destination.
