James Metcalf has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Element St. Louis Midtown
Leading hotel development, management and investment firm Midas Hospitality recently appointed James Metcalf to its newest Element by Westin. The hotel, which is set to open Oct. 30, is St. Louis' first Element by Westin.
James Metcalf was named Director of Food and Beverage. He will manage the Element's rooftop UPBAR, which is Midas Hospitality's first owned and operated bar in its 15-year existence. Metcalf previously served as Panera Bread's Operating Partner for nearly nine years.
