He has set up, developed and implemented new concepts for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and nightclubs worldwide. His career has seen him work in Scotland, the Caribbean, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Qatar, Russia, Mainland China, Hong Kong and now Cambodia.
