Kathryn Day has been appointed as General Manager at Mansion on Forsyth Park
Mansion on Forsyth Park proudly announces the appointment of Kathryn Day as General Manager to its executive team. Kathryn was part of the Mansion on Forsyth Park opening team back in 2005 and has returned to Savannah 12 years later. Kathryn brings more than 16 years of experience in the hospitality sector to Savannah, having most recently worked at Hilton Atlanta as the Hotel Manager.
Kathryn is a seasoned professional in operations and guest services for luxury and full service hotels. Her career in hospitality spans 5 continents, including Australia, Asia and Europe. She is a native of Sydney, Australia and graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelors of Commerce and Law.
She will bring her wealth of experience in the luxury sector with her as she oversees the lavish Mansion on Forsyth Park, a Kessler Collection boutique property, overlooking Savannah's largest and most historic square. It is the city’s most recognized, iconic hotel and a mainstay on Conde Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure’s “best of” lists. The momentous 125-room Victorian Romanesque mansion in the Historic District offers an authentic taste of Hostess City hospitality with passionate detail throughout.
