Vision Hospitality Group has named Laurent Géroli as the General Manager of The Grady Hotel, a 51-room hotel located in a historic building dating back to the 19th century, slated to open Spring 2021. With more than 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Géroli's roles have taken him across the country, overseeing multimillion dollar budgets and culinary teams for upscale hotel food and beverage programs from coast to coast.
Géroli joins Vision Hospitality Group and The Grady with an extensive background of successfully managing and leading staff, and growing annual revenue. Most recently, he spent more than two years at the Seelbach Hilton Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky as the Director of Food and Beverage and was responsible for increasing efficiencies and profit margin. He has been in the market for nearly five years, bringing a strong understanding of Louisville's history. A graduate of Institut du Tourisme et D'Hôtellerie du Québec, Géroli received his Patisserie degree, as well as a Culinary Arts degree from La Magdeleine Culinary.
