Javier Bisbal has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Kempinski Hotel Bahia

Kempinski Hotels is pleased to announce the appointment of Javier Bisbal as the new sales and marketing director at Kempinski Hotel Bahía.

His 20 years of experience in the luxury travel industry includes the large national and international brands Fairmont, Jumeirah, Majestic Resorts and ME by Meliá, the latter two as Director of Sales and Marketing.

In his new role, Javier will lead the sales, marketing, public relations, and groups and events teams, charged with optimising revenue opportunities and continuing to develop the hotel's iconic brand.

Javier transmits high motivation and energy to his team. Javier's excellent training will be the basis for working and implementing all the strategies and actions necessary to achieve the annual goals of the Sales and Marketing Department, thus positioning Kempinski Hotel Bahía as one of the leading hotels in Spain, allowing it to reach new levels of production both in the main market segments and in other new ones, especially after COVID-19.

Javier graduated from the University of Barcelona with a degree in tourism and hotel management. Years later, he moved to New York, where he completed his studies and began his professional career.
