Montage Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Jaime Moench as director of sales & marketing of Montage Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. Drawing on more than a decade of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, Moench is responsible for the development and implementation of revenue and yield strategies, driving revenue and maximizing profitability. Additionally, Moench will provide leadership to the sales & marketing team, overseeing marketing performance, forecasting, and hel ping achieve overall department and resort goals.
Moench joins Montage Deer Valley from The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples, where she served as market director of sales & marketing for the past five years. During her tenure, she created and implemented strategic marketing plans and oversaw the budget for both properties while engaging and collaborating with resort owners and the executive team. With a focus on global customer acquisition and relationship development, Moench created and executed several destination defining events.
Prior to her time in Naples, Moench held the role of market director of sa les & marketing for The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Miami Beach. She began her Ritz-Carlton career as director of sales & marketing for The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. During her 13 years with The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, Moench was recognized on several occasions for her outstanding work, honored as The Ritz-Carlton Director of Sales & Marketing of the Year in 2019 and 2013, and earned Group, Transient and Marketing Achievement Awards.
Moench holds a graduate degree in business management and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA).
