Dena Roady has been appointed as Area Vice President and General Manager at Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort

The award-winning Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort is pleased to announce that Dena Roady has been appointed as Area Vice President and General Manager effective immediately. A recognized veteran and leader in the hospitality industry, Roady has a long history with Hyatt, which spans 24 years and various roles in 10 North America full-service properties. As General Manager, Roady will act as a key leader at Andaz Maui, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 15-acre beachfront resort and fine-tuning its exceptional amenities and offerings.

Roady began her career in 1997 with Hyatt as a as a Corporate Management Trainee in Newport Beach, CA, and has since worked through various operational level positions at Hyatt properties throughout the country. Most recently, Roady was General Manager at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch. Roady also served as General Manager at Andaz 5th Avenue, Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa, and Hyatt Market Street, The Woodlands.
