Gaylord Lamy has been appointed as General Manager at The Langham, Jakarta

The Langham, Jakarta has appointed Gaylord Lamy as General Manager.

Gaylord Lamy

A French national with extensive experience in F&B and operations, Lamy started his hospitality career in Paris, working at hotels such as Le Meridien Etoile and Hotel Meurice.

He first joined Langham Hospitality Group in Hong Kong in 2004 and rose up the ranks to Director of F&B at The Langham, Boston before joining The Langham, Chicago as Director of Operations.

Most recently, Lamy worked as General Manager of The Langham, Sydney.

Lamy holds a degree in food and wine service from Versailles-based Lycee Tecomah and also in bartending from Lycee Auguste Escoffier in Cergy-Pontoise.

An avid runner, yoga and tennis enthusiast, Lamy is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
