French Polynesia resort Sofitel Kia Ora Moorea welcomes Erwan Le Mentec as Food & Beverage Director, bringing new perspectives to the island's culinary landscape, which includes Pure Restaurant on the lagoon.
Le Mentec comes to Moorea from Mexico, where he was most recently Director of Operations at Casa Aramara Luxury Villa. Having previously worked at a resort in Bora Bora, he is familiar with island hospitality and eagerly brings his expertise to this serene and secluded sanctuary.
