Billy Chutinthratip has been appointed as Executive Chef at Meliá Chiang Mai

Billy has more than 27 years of hospitality industry experience and started his career in the kitchens of The Ambassador Hotel and Convention Centre in Bangkok.

Since then, he has worked for a variety of prestigious properties including the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, The Peninsula Bangkok, Lotus One in Dubai, the world-famous Raffles Singapore, SkyCity Auckland Entertainment, the Hotel Nikko Bangkok, Rayong Marriott Resort & Spa, Renaissance Ratchaprasong Bangkok Hotel, and Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok.
