Fatima Del Carmen has joined Epicurean Hotel as Event Manager
Epicurean Hotel recently announced Fatima Del Carmen has joined the team as Event Manager of the 137-room boutique hotel located in the trendy Hyde Park historic district of South Tampa.
With 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Fatima Del Carmen was recently hired as the event manager, where she will oversee the planning and execution of Epicurean's events. Del Carmen comes to the Epicurean team by way of Orlando, where she spent the past seven years as the Convention Sales/Services Manager for the Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista. Prior to that, she worked in the South Florida area as a catering manager with the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Airport Hotel, and in banquet operations for The Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club. Del Carmen is a graduate of Florida International University's School of Hospitality Management, where she also received a certificate of completion for event and meeting planning.
Fatima Del Carmen is an alumnus of Florida International University – Class of 2008.
