Jordan Bakovic has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Sheraton Grand Chicago

Bakovic joins Sheraton Grand Chicago from Marriott International, where she most recently served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. Her prior experience with Marriott International over the last ten years has made an impact through a variety of roles including Group and Catering Sales Leader, Area Sales Leader and Director of Hotel Sales. She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Science and Retailing.

In her new role, Bakovic is responsible for implementing a marketing plan designed to achieve the desired positioning for Sheraton Grand as well as managing the sales and marketing budget that supports the hotel's revenue goals. Bakovic, a born leader and strategic thinker, brings an expertise in developing and executing sales strategies across multiple markets. She has a passion for collaboration and a competitive leadership style that both motivates and inspires.
