Baldwin, Stephanie takes on challenging responsibilities, such as managing and developing sales and marketing programs and establishing effective objectives that increase awareness of and subsequently bolster the hotel, its activities, its culinary services, and its personnel.

Stephanie brings 20 years of experience in sales across different types of properties - including luxury and lifestyle hotels, class-A real estate developments, celebrity-chef restaurant partnership ventures, and iconic golf and spa operations - to C. Baldwin. She has worked for many distinguished hotels across the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, chief among them several of the most esteemed luxury hotels in the world, such as Claridge's, The Connaught, and the Berkeley in London.

Before joining C. Baldwin, Stephanie served as the Corporate Director of Sales and Acquisition Marketing at Sentral, a Denver-based proptech startup, where she led the sales organization for a network of urban residential communities.

Previously, Stephanie held the position of Area Director of Sales and Marketing for renowned brands Hotel Derek, Destination Hotels & Resorts, and Thompson Playa del Carmen in Mexico. Before this, she spent time as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Eilan Hotel Resort and Spa.

Her expertise combined with her commitment to lead by example have collectively produced recognition amongst her peers as a highly respected mentor and innovator. Stephanie was an active board member with Houston First's Marketing Committee, 2015-2019, and a two-time nominee for Houston Business Journal's 40 Under 40 awards.
