Lucas Sautter has been appointed as Executive Chef at Kauai Beach Resort & Spa

Executive Chef Lucas Sautter comes to Kauai Beach Resort & Spa from Sheraton Coconut Beach, with over 20 years of experience in the kitchen. In his new role, Chef Sautter will helm the resort's culinary program, ensuring that Naupaka Terrace Restaurant, Driftwood Bar, and Shutters Lounge produce high-quality cuisine focused on local ingredients, complemented by gracious and attentive service. Prior to his time in Kauai, Chef Sautter ran kitchens at Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort and Alderbrook Resort and Spa in Washington, as well as at independent restaurants across the western U.S.
