Nathan Decker has been appointed Director of National Accounts at Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort
Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort - an iconic resort nestled on 40 acres of lush, tropical gardens fronting Maui's Wailea Beach - is pleased to announce the appointment of Nathan Decker to the role of Director of National Accounts. Decker will direct west coast group sales initiatives for the resort.
Decker brings to his new role an extensive background in travel sales, including over a decade of experience at luxury resorts throughout Hawaii. Most recently, Decker held the title of Area Director of Sales at Nanuku Auberge Resort, Fiji and The Lodge at Blue Sky, and prior to that, he acted as the Director of Group Sales for The Resort at Paws Up. In these roles, Decker effectively led sales teams and consistently exceeded quotas. Decker has previously held sales leadership positions at The St. Regis Princeville, Starwood Resorts of Maui, and The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua.
In his new position as Director of National Accounts at Grand Wailea, Decker will develop and execute strategies to drive group business and increase overall revenue.
