OthmanBelkadi has been appointed as General Manager at The Silver King Ocean Brasserie
Luminary Hotel & Co. is pleased to announce the appointment of Othman Belkadi as the new general manager of the hotel's signature restaurant, The Silver King Ocean Brasserie. In his new position, Belkadi will work alongside the culinary team to revamp and refine the restaurant's menus, add new prix fixe offerings, and elevate the overall guest experience with enhanced service training.
With more than 25 years of experience in food and beverage operations, Belkadi's career highlights include high-profile leadership and management roles at restaurants in New York City, Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, Marrakech, and Casablanca. He received the permanent HACCP cerVficaVon for Food Safety Handling in 2008 and has created detailed programs to train staff on the highest safety and handling standards. Born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, Belkadi speaks English, French, Spanish and Arabic. He relocated to the United States as a teenager and graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) New Paltz, where he received a degree in Business administration.
