Vinod Narayan has been appointed as General Manager at Etéreo, Auberge Resorts Collection
Etéreo, Auberge Resorts Collection, the Riviera Maya's newest luxury destination located on a stretch of pristine white sand beach, today announces the appointment of Vinod Narayan as general manager. Narayan brings knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry and the region's demands in order to provide Etéreo guests with a tranquil and exceptional stay. In this new role, Narayan will oversee the daily operations of the team, including revenue management, strategic goal setting and guest assistance, to ensure synchronicity and Auberge Resorts Collection's gold standard of service.
Prior to joining Etéreo, Auberge Resorts Collection, Narayan served as Resort Manager at Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection, where he refined procedures and ensured its continued legacy as one of the best resorts in Los Cabos. Previously, he polished his skills in pre-opening and post-opening tactics at Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur, working his way up to depart as Hotel Manager in 2020. He has also held various positions at other Four Seasons properties in Seoul, Bangkok, New York, Toronto and the Beverly Wilshire.
Alongside the outstanding team at Etéreo, Auberge Resorts Collection, Narayan will help further establish the new property, which boasts 75 rooms all with ocean views, as the premier resort for in-the-know travelers, inspiring guests to explore the Riviera Maya's vibrant culture and rich history. With five food and beverage outlets, an Auberge spa, and vast menu of one-of-a-kind experiences that explore the Yucatán, Narayan will guide the team in ensuring guests receive an experience like no other.
Narayan was born and raised in Purley, London, England, and received a BBA with Honors in International Hotel Management with Finance from Switzerland's Les Roches School of Hotel Management. His favorite experiences on-property are Espiritu de Mexico, a tequila and mezcal pairing that highlights the region's unique flavors, and the spa's energy therapies, which provide an energetic purification for guests before treatment. Narayan, his wife, and their two daughters look forward to experiencing the culture of Mexico's East Coast and are eager to explore the Mayan culture of the area.
