Phillip Allen has been named President at Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts
Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts names Phillip Allen as President. Most recently serving as Chief Development Officer, International Markets at Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners, Allen will drive the continued growth and success of the collection of bespoke hotels located in the world's most distinguished golf destinations. In connection with the assumption of this new role, Allen will be temporarily relocating to the United Kingdom.

Allen played an instrumental role in driving the international expansion of both Marine & Lawn and Graduate Hotels. In this position he focused on identifying target markets, underwriting acquisition opportunities, negotiating purchases and overseeing the closing process. During Allen's tenure, AJ Capital Partners created the Marine & Lawn collection, and acquired four Marine & Lawn properties and two U.K. Graduate Hotels properties.
Launched in 2021, Marine & Lawn encompasses four distinct properties including Rusacks St Andrews in St Andrews, Scotland; Marine North Berwick in North Berwick, Scotland; Marine Troon in Troon, Scotland; and Slieve Donard Resort & Spa in Northern Ireland. Each property is in a world class golf and leisure destination, and includes locally inspired design, food and beverage concepts from White Rabbit Projects and best-in-class spas and in-room amenities. Under Allen's leadership, the brand will relaunch historic properties Marine Troon in spring 2022 and Slieve Donard in 2023. Marine & Lawn is owned and developed by Nashville-based AJ Capital Partners.
