Justin Jaret has been named Complex Director of Food & Beverage at Hilton Hotels, Orlando

The Orlando Bonnet Creek properties of Hilton Hotels is pleased to announce the promotion of Justin Jaret to Complex Director of Food & Beverage for Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Previously serving as Complex Director of Restaurants, in this new role, Jaret will oversee 15 departments, including 13 food and beverage outlets, two recreation departments, and will manage banquet and catering operations, as well as all culinary and stewarding for the two properties.

While Jaret's professional experience spans more than 15 years in food and beverage management, his passion for the industry is rooted in his family's culinary business where he began training as a young teen. After honing his skills at the family-owned catering company and brick-and-mortar restaurants, Jaret advanced his career working in various roles with renowned hospitality brands in Central Florida, including Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, Premier Beverage, Reunion Resort, JW Marriott Orlando, and Patina Restaurant Group. His well-rounded expertise - from kitchen to management - includes the opening of multiple high-volume restaurants on Walt Disney World property, working alongside James Beard award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, and serving as a private chef to several elite British families.

Jaret joined Hilton in 2018 as Director of Restaurants for Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, and most recently served as Complex Director of Restaurants for Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. During his tenure, Jaret developed and introduced the Bonnet Creek properties' private label collection to the beverage menu and under his leadership has succeeded in having three of the top ranked restaurants on TripAdvisor, with La Luce and Bull & Bear, as well as Zeta Asia ranking in the top 10 and 15, respectively.
