Patricia Carre has been appointed director of operations for Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown. Mark Huntley regional vice president Mid-Atlantic and general manager of the 413-room luxury hotel made the announcement.
Prior to her new role, she was director of operations for Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta Canada from December of 2018. Previously, was the director of front office and then promoted to director of rooms for Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenanc in Quebec City, Quebec Canada from April 2014 until December of 2018. Carre began her career with Fairmont in 2002 at Fairmont Le Manior Richelieu. She held progressive roles from dining room host to director of front office until 2014.
She holds a Woman in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
