Esteban Andrés Kohn has been appointed as Manager at The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center
Esteban Kohn, the Manager of The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center, is a hotel leader with more than 25 years of experience, with a successful track record in different countries such as Argentina, USA, Chile and now Peru.
He has worked in the most important hotel chains such as Marriott International, Starwood, InterContinental, Hilton and Hyatt, among others.
His extensive career in hospitality began in the Food & Beverage area at the Hilton Myrtle Beach in South Carolina, USA. Subsequently, he expanded his knowledge of the industry to the Rooms area, gaining a lot of experience in leadership positions at the InterContinental Buenos Aires hotel, Argentina and in properties in Chile such as Hotel Kunza (today Hotel Cumbres San Pedro de Atacama) and Gran Hotel Chillan spa.
Later he returned to his passion for the gastronomic area by assuming the role of Food & Beverage Manager at the Hotel Paracas, a Luxury Collection Resort in Peru for 7 years, and then moving to Lima where he assumed the role of Manager of the AC Hotel Lima Miraflores. He is currently Manager of The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center Lima.
Esteban Kohn is a Hotel Manager, graduated from the International Buenos Aires Hotel and Restaurant School and Hocking College in Ohio, USA.
In his free time, he enjoys discovering new gastronomic experiences, traveling, learning about different cultures, going to the beach and is passionate about football.
