Cassanos has over 30 years of experience in the dining and hospitality industry. Throughout the years, Cassanos has left a mark and instituted high-standards at many prestigious establishments such as Wolfgang Puck's Postrio in San Francisco, as well as The Biltmore Room, Lever House, il Buco, The Royalton Hotel in New York City to name a few.
As principal of JFC Hospitality, he brings a wealth of experience and assists businesses to rethink, refine and establish long-lasting improvements to the daily operations. He will be responsible for the success of Tre Rivali and The Outsider, ensuring the quality of food and keeping up with food trends to meet guests' demands.
