Alexander Bock has been appointed as Director at HVS Germany

Looking to expand in one of Europe's strongest hotel markets, HVS has appointed Alexander Bock as director for Germany. Based in the Frankfurt area, he will be responsible for the German-speaking markets and expanding HVS's footprint therein.

A German national, Alex has been in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining HVS, he gained extensive experience in Europe and Asia in various corporate operational and pre-opening positions, development and asset management with companies such as Kempinski, InterContinental Hotels Group and Mandarin Oriental. During his time in Asia, Alexander worked with HVS Hong Kong and HVS London on several consulting and asset management assignments. In his new role, he will be responsible for Germany and other German-speaking countries. Alex holds a bachelor's degree from Ecole hotelière de Lausanne and a Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University.
