Jose Rodriguez has been appointed as Assistant General Manager at Hotel Fraye, Curio Collection
A native of New York City, Rodriguez has more than 26 years of hospitality experience working with the top international hotel brands. Working in tandem with Rose, Rodriguez will direct and coordinate day to day operations on property, ensuring all brand standards, policies and procedures are in place. Rodriguez previously served as Executive Chef throughout Mexico's and Panama's most luxe hotels, including Hyatt Regency Cancun, Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun and JW Marriott Panama Golf & Beach Resort. Other positions include the Director of Food & Beverage/Executive Chef at Hotel Indigo East Liberty in Pennsylvania, Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District, and Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Midtown. While not exploring his new Nashville neighborhood, Rodriguez enjoys hosting dinners at home, traveling and game nights with his family.
