Amadeo Zarzosa has been appointed as Senior Vice President and General Manager at LionGrove
Chris Sariego, Senior Managing Director and COO for LionGrove, new owners of the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Golf & Beach Resort, announces the appointment of Amadeo Zarzosa as the new Senior Vice President and General Manager of both of LionGrove's Wyndham resorts in Puerto Rico. The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Golf & Beach Resort is the third hotel in Puerto Rico to be added to the LionGrove portfolio alongside the Wyndham Palmas Beach and Golf Resort and the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel.
Mr. Zarzosa joins this exciting new venture with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on the luxury and lifestyle arena and with a unique proven track record around the world including senior roles in North America, Mexico, the Caribbean, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Australia, and Singapore. Amadeo has worked with various prestigious brands such as IHG, St. Regis, Atlantis, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts throughout his career.
Mr. Zarzosa, whose primary career focus has been elevating teams, resorts, brands, cultures, services, and guest experiences around the world, will be responsible for working directly with LionGrove's resort teams, establishing innovative operating procedures, managing daily workflows, infusing heartfelt training and development philosophies, and working with long-term sustainable strategies in these luxury and lifestyle properties.
