As a people centric hospitality expert, Shin has over a decade of local and international experience in senior management roles at Hilton Glasgow, Stanley Hotels & Suites - Port Moresby, Hilton Cairns and most recently at Stamford Plaza Melbourne where he oversaw the operations of the 5 star hotel as well as managing a team of 75 staff.
