Jason Rousset has been appointed as Director of Outlets at The Westin New Orleans
The Westin New Orleans, managed by Highgate Properties, has named Jason Rousset as its Director of Outlets. Rousset will supervise all food and beverage programs including The Westin's two dining concepts, Observatory 11 and Bistro on the Bend, as well as in-room dining for its 462 guest rooms and banquet services for its three ballrooms.
Rousset arrives at The Westin with almost a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, with most of this time being spent overseeing food and beverage operations and banquet services.
Rousset's most recent position was Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Sheraton New Orleans, where he managed a team of more than 70 associates and supervised operations for 130,000 square feet of event space.
As Director of Outlets at The Westin Rousset is looking forward to promoting Observatory 11, The Westin's craft cocktail bar featuring some of the city's best views of the Mississippi and French Quarter, and providing the highest quality culinary experiences for all guests and visitors.
