Danny Estevez has been appointed Area Managing Director at The Adolphus in Dallas
The Adolphus announces Danny Estevez as Area Managing Director for the iconic, award-winning Downtown Dallas hotel. Relocating from South Florida, Estevez offers refreshed energy and expertise to the historic property.
Estevez brings years of coveted experience in both hotel and food & beverage operations to his role at The Adolphus. Most recently, Estevez served as Area Managing Director of five properties for HEI Hotels & Resorts in South Florida. During this time, he also served as the General Manager for the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort where he played a key role in the property's transformation, overseeing a major renovation that included the addition of two majorly successful restaurants.
In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations, Estevez brought an artistic flair to the hotel, commissioning murals for the restaurants and transforming the crosswalk that connected the Fort Lauderdale property to the beach into an award-winning public art piece. From concept and cuisine to design and decor, these passion projects translated into record revenue for the hotel.
Estevez's deep ties to the South Beach restaurant scene and previous experience serving as Food and Beverage operator cemented his passion and deep understanding of restaurant and bar operations, which he now brings to his role at The Adolphus.
As Area Managing Director of The Adolphus Estevez will act as a liaison between the hotel and the Dallas community and strategize on the next evolution and vision for the iconic and historic hotel.
