Patricio Carregha has been promoted to Resort Manager at One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit
One&Only Mandarina, the award-winning ultra-luxury beach resort set within an intimate, chic coastal community on Mexico's Riviera Nayarit coastline, announces the promotion of Patricio Carregha to Resort Manager, effective 5 January 2023. In his new position, Patricio will continue working alongside General Manager Serge Ditesheim, supervising all operations for the luxury resort, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa divisions, while developing and evolving the team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional and unforgettable guest experiences.
With over a decade of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Patricio joined Kerzner International in 2012 as Tennis Club Manager and Head Pro at One&Only Resorts' first Mexico-based property, One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos. In 2014, his prowess and commitment to service excellence led him to his new role as Guest Relations Coordinator before heading to Kerzner's iconic Atlantis, The Palm for six months as task force to cross-train in F&B. Upon returning to Los Cabos, Patricio held various positions such Assistant Director of Housekeeping, Front Office Manager, and Assistant Director of Rooms until rising through the ranks to his ultimate promotion to Director of Rooms in 2019.
His passion and professionalism eventually led him to be part of the pre-opening team of One&Only Mandarina in 2020 as Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms, where he was not only in charge of selecting the rooms team, but also leading the onboarding and training of the department's colleagues in the culture and standards of the One&Only brand, as well as the industry's top global rating systems. In this new role, Patricio will continue working with the resort's executive team to develop innovative strategies for the resort, while creating unrivalled, memorable experiences for new and returning guests of the ultra-luxury beach sanctuary.
