Bryan Simonsen has been appointed as Senior Food & Beverage Manager at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Avon, Vail Valley

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Avon, Vail Valley is pleased to share that it has hired Bryan Simonsen to serve as Senior Food & Beverage Manager at the resort, including overseeing Stoke & Rye, the new modern American grill by Chef Richard Sandoval.

With more than 16 years of restaurant industry experience, Simonsen most recently spent more than three years as the General Manager of Blue Moose Pizza in Beaver Creek Village. Simonsen attended Valdosta State University and also previously served as the Operating Partner at CentraArchy Restaurants, overseeing Joey D's Oak Room, an upscale family steakhouse in Atlanta.
