Dan Zwirn has been appointed as General Manager at Marina Del Rey Hotel
Marina Del Rey Hotel announces today the appointment of Dan Zwirn as General Manager. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Zwirn's expertise will play a significant role in elevating the renowned waterfront property to new heights.
The seasoned General Manager most recently oversaw the successful opening of Le Meridien Pasadena Arcadia in 2021 and oversaw the property through the end of 2022. Prior to that, Zwirn opened the TRYP Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA, a luxury boutique property in the heart of Pittsburgh's trendy Lawrenceville neighborhood. He has also held leadership roles in hotels across the country including General Manager at Le Méridien Philadelphia and opening General Manager at the Westin Wilmington.
Zwirn is well versed in the hospitality industry, having worked his way up from a bellman at the Sheraton La Jolla, to holding leadership positions across the spectrum of all hotel disciplines from food and beverage to rooms and operations at various upscale hotels around the country.
