At the age of 52, Jérome Montantème takes up residence in Nîmes after having worked in some of the most beautiful 5-star hotels on the Côte-d'Azur, took over the management of the Villa Florentine in Lyon and accompanied the Fauchon brand for the opening of its first hotel concept.This passionate specialist in Tableware is keen to put his expertise at the service of his guests and his teams.
