Baptiste Gillet-Delrieu has been promoted to Wine Director at Le Bristol Paris

Le Bristol Paris' team is pleased to announce the appointment of Baptiste Gillet-Delrieu to the role of Wine Director for the hotel.Gillet-Delrieu began his career as Commis Sommelier at Epicure in 2012 after earning the 'Chapoutier' title for Best Sommelier Student in France.In 2019, he took on the role of Assistant Chef Sommelier at 114 Faubourg and was promoted to lead the restaurant's sommelier team in 2021.From 2023, Gillet-Delrieu will manage the hotel's prestigious cellar of 100,000 bottles alongside with his team.
