Chef Carlyle has a deep passion for creating quality dishes with local and seasonal ingredients and takes great pride in providing guests with an unforgettable culinary experience. Chef Carlyle joins the resort from the Bab Al Qasr Hotel and Residences, Millennium and Copthorne Hotels in Adu Dhabi where he held the position of Chef De Cuisine and prior to that Sous Chef for 4 years. He has also held the positions of Sous Chef at Al Hamra Residences and Hotel, Steigenberger Hotels in UAE, Sofitel The Palm Resort & Spa in Dubai, and Junior Sous Chef at Taj Mahal Palace &Tower.
