Marc Boussarie has been appointed as Executive Chef at Snow King Resort
Boussarie has spent the last 8 years in Jackson at various properties including Executive Chef of the historic Wort Hotel and most recently at The Whistling Grizzly at The Wyoming Inn. Prior to moving to Jackson, Boussarie spent 21 years in California in similar culinary and corporate positions throughout San Francisco and Los Angeles. He graduated from the California Culinary Academy with honors in 1995, and served his externship at Le Peché Gourmand, a One Star Michelin restaurant in Angers, France.
