iceroy Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce the appointment of Erik Grazetti as Viceroy Chicago's new Director of Sales & Marketing. A highly experienced leader in the hospitality space, Grazetti will oversee sales and marketing operations, upholding and furthering the property's legacy as one of Chicago's finest luxury hotels.
Grazetti joins Viceroy Chicago from The Peninsula Chicago, where he led sales and marketing at the hotel during the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. During his 30 years in the hospitality industry, he has been an integral part of five opening hotel teams, bringing his broad marketing expertise to such properties as The Jefferson Washington DC, Loews Chicago Hotel and Sofitel Chicago Water Tower. In his past leadership roles, he has been individually responsible for selecting, hiring and training best-in-class sales, marketing, catering and conference service teams, and leading them towards achievement of revenue and market share goals.
