Karen Codilla has been appointed Corporate Director of Commercial Strategy at Prince Waikiki in Honolulu
Prince Waikiki, is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Codilla as Corporate Director of Commercial Strategy. In this new role, Codilla will be responsible for leading all revenue optimization, distribution, and segment strategies for Prince Waikiki and Hawaii Prince Golf Club. She will work closely with the sales, marketing, digital, and revenue management teams to drive revenue growth and profitability across all channels.
Codilla brings years of experience in the hospitality industry, having most recently worked with Outrigger Hospitality Group as Corporate Director of Revenue and Distribution, where she led Hawaii hotel and condo revenue strategy, global contracting, and global distribution teams. Prior to that, she held leadership positions with several other renowned names in the industry, such as The Modern Honolulu, Travelocity, Handlery Hotels, Hotel Nikko and Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa.
Codilla is a graduate of the University of California San Diego and holds an MBA from Golden Gate University. She has been an active Executive Board Member at PATA Hawaii since 2019, and has also served on the national HSMAI Revenue Optimization Advisory Board since 2020.
