Marco Bustamante

Marco Bustamante, who started his tenure with Auberge Resorts Collection in 2016, has been promoted to Vice President of Food & Beverage. Throughout his seven years with the brand, he has led the opening teams of the award-winning Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection (Los Cabos, Mexico) and Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection (Austin, Texas), which was named no. 1 hotel in Texas by Travel + Leisure. He has also served as interim general manager of Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Resorts Collection (Litchfield County, Conn.) and group director of operations at the brand's home office in Mill Valley. With a strong background in culinary, he oversaw the successful restaurant openings of Lutie's at Commodore Perry Estate and COMAL at Chileno Bay, both of which reign among the most sought-after dining establishments in their respective destinations. Bustamate also brings experience working with three Michelin Star restaurants in New York City and a prestigious culinary education from The French Culinary Institute.
