Theo Ocks has been appointed as Commercial General Manager at Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel The Stamford
Ocks joins the team from Resorts World Sentosa, where he was most recently the Vice President of Business Development. In his new role as Commercial General Manager, Ocks will spearhead the strategic business direction for more than 2,030 guestrooms, events sales in the 108,000 square feet Raffles City Convention Centre, as well as food & beverage sales for our 12 restaurants and bars across both hotels; leveraging his extensive experience from resorts to conference and urban hotels across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Having previously worked with Accor during the early 2000s at properties in Luxembourg, Indonesia, and Singapore, Ocks brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his new position. His range of specialties and proven track record in sales, marketing, revenue management, distribution and key account management will undoubtedly contribute to the success of Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford.
