Eric Rock has been promoted to Regional Manager at Resolute Road Hospitality
In his role as Regional Manager, Rock will support the hotel's General Managers by communicating the goals and expectations that embody the Resolute Road Hospitality promise.
Rock joined the team in January 2023 with over 32 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During his extensive career, Rock served as General Manager for multiple hotels, earning numerous awards for performance and guest satisfaction. He has proven his ability to organize teams, drastically improve performance at new assets that Resolute Road enlists, and train team members to help achieve their own professional goals. Rock will temporarily maintain his responsibilities as General Manager of the DoubleTree in Bend, Oregon.
