Jordan Howell has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Lotte New York Palace

Lotte New York Palace today announces the appointment of Jordan Howell to the position of Hotel Manager. Mr. Howell, who brings a wealth of operational knowledge, as well as many years of experience in the hospitality industry, joined Lotte New York Palace on June 1, 2023. In his role, Jordan will be instrumental in driving service excellence and overseeing the property's operational areas.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business at Michigan State University, Howell began his professional career in New York City, working at the Waldorf Astoria New York, The Surrey Hotel, and W New York Downtown. He rejoined the Waldorf Astoria New York in 2015 as Director of Group Services and was later promoted to Director of Guest Experience. Jordan next relocated to Park City, Utah as the Director of Learning and Development at Waldorf Astoria Park City and was subsequently promoted to Director of Rooms. In 2019, he returned to New York City as Hotel Manager at The Renwick Hotel and later explored a new segment of the hospitality industry as Regional Director of Operations, East Coast for American Cruise Lines. Most recently, Howell worked for Tishman Speyer as the General Manager of THE JACX and JACX & CO.
