Raul Aguilera has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton Los Cabos

Hilton Los Cabos, an award-winning beachfront resort, has announced Raul Aguilera as the resort's new general manager. An industry veteran with more than two decades of experience, Aguilera oversees all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management, revenue management, and strategic planning. His visionary approach and innovative ideas are set to enhance the hotel's reputation as a premier destination for travelers seeking luxury, comfort, and a one-of-a-kind Baja experience. Aguilera joins Hilton Los Cabos from Hilton Tampa Downtown and Embassy Suites Downtown where he served as complex general manager.

Prior to joining Hilton Los Cabos and his former position in Tampa, Aguilera's career includes general manager of Hilton Miami Airport, in addition to overseeing a six million dollar property renovation for the Sheraton National Hotel in Arlington, Virginia. He has received several accolades throughout his career for exceptional leadership and outstanding service delivery, including Hilton's 2014 General Manager of the Year Award during his time with Hilton Miami Airport and the Excellence Award for Service in 2017 with Hilton Grand Vacations SeaWorld. Aguilera's attention to detail and ability to cultivate strong relationships with guests, team members and partners position him as a true asset to the resort.
