Niek Mestdagh has been appointed as General Manager at Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel
Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, Chicago is proud to announce Niek Mestdagh as the property's new general manager. Mestdagh brings more than two decades of industry expertise and has successfully led teams at premier hotels and resorts in Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, Nashville and throughout the United Kingdom.
Mestdagh joined the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, Chicago team as general manager in May 2023 and is responsible for delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives linked to improving business revenues, improving business effectiveness and efficiencies and improving the value of the hotel's products and services for all guests. Most recently, Mestdagh served as the general manager of the Warwick Allerton in Chicago. He has previously served managerial roles at the Millennium Biltmore in Los Angeles, Millennium Maxwell House in Nashville, Millennium Knickerbocker in Chicago and Millennium Broadway-Premier in New York City. In Chicago, Mestdagh grew his career within the Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide family. Mestdagh is fluent in English, French, Dutch and German and received his bachelor of arts in hotel management from Katholieke Hogeschool Vives Noord in Bruges, Belgium. He also graduated from the general manager program at Cornell University.
